Beautiful, colorful fall leaves.

It’s snowing beautifully colored Fall 🍂 leaves this week. They are everywhere 🍁 and I hope they stay for as long as possible.

When not with family, working out, cooking, food prepping, outside or near a window lately, I’ve been pretty busy getting rid of many of your knots!! 🪢

Fall is a busy time of year for massage.

It’s a time when we are all busy tying up loose ends for the year. It’s a time when we see family more. It’s a time when we are experiencing the usual — ups and downs of life.

If you haven’t visited me in a while, I hope you do soon.

Book that massage.

I’ve been reflecting on what I do (massage therapy) and loving it more lately.

You know how sometimes you love what you do more and sometimes a little less? Well I’ve been loving it even more lately. I love those of you who are “regulars”. You’ve been with me here in TN, some of you, for almost 5 years!! You’ve helped my business grow. You’ve seen me grow. I’ve seen you grow. You’ve shared about your good days and bad days with me those few minutes before or after your massage. I love learning more about you. I love that you are the best of humans.

I love you too, my new clients. I love that you give me a chance when there are so many others you can choose to be your massage therapist for an hour or 90 minutes. I love that you choose to come back. I love that you tell me I’ve helped you with your pain.

I love that you visit me with all kinds of reasons having do with some type of stress.

I love that I learn more with every massage I give and every massage I receive and every bit of feedback you give me, how I can be the best massage therapist I can be.

Thank you. 🙏
