Chocolate Protein Shake (My fav)

People often ask me how I have so much energy and how I have time to eat in between seeing clients.
My goal is for my protein shake to be free of crappy ingredients, delicious, filling and energizing.
This recipe is simple and tasty.
I make my protein shakes in the moring, pour them into mason jars and put them in my cooler.
This recipe fills one mason jar.
Ingredients
A few ice cubes
1/2 cup or less of water
1 scoop of clean chocolate protein mix
1 teaspoon of unsweetened peanut or almonds butter (ingredients include only salt and nuts)
1/4 of a banana
1/2 an avocado
The Plan
Start food prepping...
Get out the blender!
Add ice.
Add water.
Add a scoop of protein.
Add a teaspoon of peanut or almond butter.
Add the 1/4 banana.
Add the 1/2 avocado.
Start cookin'...
In protein shake language, this means, blend it all together!!
Final Touches...
Pour the concoction into your most beautiful mason jar.
Take a sip!!
