Service Description

Here and there a client will cancel same day. If you are in need of a massage same day or next and I am fully booked, you can text me (Tiffany, LMT) to be next on the list to grab their appointment! If you're a regular client, text me to let me know you'd like to be on the waitlist. If you're a new client, text me your first and last name and email with your best phone number and you'll be first in line.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel, please provide 24 hours or more notice. On rare occasions a client may cancel with less notice and frequently. When it's habitual, the cost of the session is due before the next one and this is discussed ahead of time so that communication is clear. It is a rare occurrence and to ensure it doesn't happen, a few auto email appointment reminders are sent out in addition to a personal text the day before from me (Tiffany). I do understand that rescheduling is necessary with less notice due to unforeseen circumstances here and there. The purpose of this policy is to prevent frequent last minute cancelations and keeps the schedule open for those who need the appointment. If you are sick or have a cold, please do reschedule asap so that germs aren't spread to other clients. If you are sick, you won't be charged for the appointment.
